Our Ideals

The Boy Scouts of America was First Chartered by the US Congress on February 8, 1910.  The Founder of the Boy Scouts gave us the Scout Oath & Law to guide us along the path of our lives.  They are simple, yet, are profound in their call to action in the most formative years of young mans life.  To encourage the youth to both self improvement & service to others.

The Scout Oath

On My Honor, I Will Do My Best, To Do My Duty, To God and My Country And To Obey The Scout Law. To Help Other People at All Times. To Keep My Self Physically Strong, Mentally Awake, and Morally Straight.

The Scout Law

A Scout is: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean & Reverent.

The 12 core values of the Boy Scouts is the cornerstone on which the program is based and Scouts live out in their everyday lives.
